For over a decade, I’ve partnered with organizations across three continents to turn ambitious visions into measurable, community-centered outcomes. My work spans education, financial inclusion, and workforce development — from launching Nigeria’s first Virtual Learning Studio serving 4,000+ students to advancing financial inclusion initiatives supporting 5,000+ new investors in the U.S.
The throughline in my career is clear: building scalable programs that advance economic empowerment and educational equity for Black, Brown, and underserved communities globally. I’ve led initiatives that improved college access and academic outcomes, scaled digital skills programs for hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs across Africa, and produced research shaping how institutions design more inclusive financial systems.
As Founder of Beyond Borders Network and the Global Talent & Leadership Institute, I’m expanding ecosystems of support for emerging global leaders driving change in their communities. Worked with Slum2School Africa as a Project Consultant to launch of Nigeria’s first virtual learning studio during COVID-19. Turning classrooms into lifelines for children living in slums.
